The house is at a strategic location within a 5-minute drive from Kastraki beach and Hawaii beach, which is one of the most well known beaches on the island.

Axiotissa which is one of the most famous restaurants on the island can be reached either by a 15 min walk or a 2 min drive.

Super market is 100 metres away from the villa.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, AC units in the bedroom and the living room, a dishwasher, complimentary WI-FI and a comfortable mattress.
